How long will it take to get my items?

We ship most items by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. They should arrive within 3-4 days. Please note that our office is located in the rual Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and shipping times might be delayed due to weather and other external factors.

When will my order ship?

During the holidays, we will process orders within 48 hours of receipt (please allow an additional 24 hours during weekends). Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information. In some cases, tracking information may not be available.

For orders needed by a specific date, please call 802-533-7443 ext. 20 during business hours (Monday - Thursday 9 am to 5 pm) to place your order so shipping options and cost can be confirmed.
